Pender Community Hospital Announces New Name: Pender Community Health
Pender, Neb. (June 1, 2026) – Pender Community Hospital is proud to announce a new name: Pender Community Health.
The new name better reflects the organization’s broad range of services that support individuals and families beyond the hospital setting, including medical clinics, retail pharmacies, child development services, assisted living, and more.
“Patients don’t experience us as separate departments—they experience us as one team supporting their health and their families,” said Laura Gamble. “Our new name reflects the full scope of who we are today while honoring the relationships and trust we’ve built over generations.”
The transition follows a year-long brand development process involving leadership, providers, employees, and community input. The result is a refreshed identity designed to better represent the organization’s mission, values, and vision for the future.
Along with the new name, Pender Community Health is introducing a new logo and visual identity that will appear across facilities, signage, advertising, digital platforms, and community communications.
While the name is changing, the organization’s commitment remains the same: delivering quality, compassionate care close to home.
“Our communities have trusted us for generations,” Gamble said. “As we continue to invest in new services, technology, and opportunities for growth, this identity helps tell the story of who we’ve always been—a trusted partner in health and a place where care truly means more.”
Community members will begin seeing the new name and branding throughout the region in the coming weeks.
