Enrolling is easy!


  1. Click on button to Login to Pender Patient Portal.
  2. Choose Create an Account.
  3. Enter your information (name, DOB, email, etc.)
  4. Access your email and click the link to confirm your registration.
  5. Select a new usemame and password.

On Your Smart Phone:

  1. Go to the Apple or Google Play store (whatever you use to download apps)
  2. Download the MEDITECH MHealth App.
  3. Select Pender Community Hospital | Pender Medical Clinics
  4. Choose Login (or Create an Account if you have not done this online yet).
  5. Enter your newly created user name and password.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of information can I find in the patient portal?

Your account will provide information about appointments, medications, basic health information, immunization records, lab results, billing information, and a secure way to message your healthcare providers. Once you have enrolled and logged into your account, take some time to explore the different areas to see what is possible.

How does my health information get into the portal?

All information in your Patient Portal account comes directly from your Pender Community Hospital and Medical Clinics Electronic Health Record. Once you enroll, information will begin to populate from this point forward. From that point on, anyone with a patient portal account will automatically get their health information entered into their account from appointments, labs, and more as it happens.

Can I access information for other family members?

Yes. You can give family members permission to access your Patient Portal account. For example, you can set up access to your children’s information or older adults can request access for children or other healthcare proxies. This needs to be done at your healthcare provider’s office by filling out a form that provides consent in writing.

I can’t remember my username or password. How can I access my account?

There is an option to reset your password on the login page. If you continue to need help accessing your account, simply call our help line at 866-385-3083.

Is my information safe?

There is an option to reset your password oYes. Portal passwords are encrypted and includes additional safety measures behind-the-scenes to protect your information.
