Biography

• Cassie earned her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Union College. Shortly after, she began her career in Cardiovascular medicine here at Pioneer Heart. She previously worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in Fargo, North Dakota and has degrees in both Biochemistry and Athletic Training.
• She continues to hold her certification as an Athletic Trainer and Emergency Medical Technician. She has a strong interest in preventative medicine and helping patients with lifestyle modifications that may prevent or treat numerous Cardiovascular diseases. Some of these include hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, and arrhythmias.
• Cassie is originally from Minnesota, but her and her husband, Eric, have made Lincoln their home. They are new parents to their son, Theodore and have an Old English Bulldog, Lena. In her spare time, Cassie loves exercising, working on home projects, reading, and spending time with her family.
