Pender Community Hospital Welcomes Additional Podiatrist to Outpatient Clinic
PENDER, Neb. (August 5, 2024) – Pender Community Hospital and Medical Clinics (PCH) is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Nathan Shumway, DPM, a highly skilled podiatrist, to its visiting provider staff in the outpatient clinic.
“We are thrilled to have Dr. Shumway visiting our PCH outpatient clinic. His proven expertise and dedication to patient care will be a great addition to our patients,” shared Laura Gamble, CEO of PCH. “We are confident that he will deliver exceptional podiatry services and improve the overall health and well-being of our patients.”
Dr. Shumway is now seeing patients at the PCH Outpatient Clinic. He will be available for appointments on the second and fourth Friday of each month. Appointments with Dr. Shumway are currently being scheduled.
At PCH, Dr. Shumway will address conditions such as bunions, hammer toes, plantar fasciitis, arthritis and foot complications from diabetes. His services will include diagnoses, treatment plans, injections, physical therapy, diabetic shoe fitting, routine foot care, routine toenail care, surgery and more. Dr. Shumway will also continue providing services at Clarinda Regional Health Center in Clarinda, Iowa.
